15 Yard Roll-Off

15 yard dumpster in Brookhaven, MS.

$445 / week  ·  $840 / month

The 15-yard is our smallest roll-off — 14 feet long, 7.5 feet wide, 4 feet tall. Holds about 6 pickup truck loads of debris. The right size when the job is contained: a single bathroom gut, a small garage cleanout, a yard waste haul-off after a storm, or an estate cleanup of mostly furniture and boxed items.

Weight cap: 1 ton included on the weekly. Most 15-yard loads stay well under — drywall, lumber, household goods, and yard waste don’t push the scale. Roof tear-offs and demolition with concrete go heavier; for those jobs we usually recommend the 21.

  • Garage cleanouts
  • Single-room renos
  • Bathroom gut
  • Small estate jobs
  • Yard waste / storm cleanup
  • Closet / attic purges

21 Yard Roll-Off · Most Popular

21 yard dumpster in Brookhaven, MS.

$500 / week  ·  $940 / month

The 21-yard is the size most Brookhaven homeowners and remodelers pick — 16 feet long, 7.5 feet wide, 5 feet tall. Roughly 22 cubic yards of actual capacity (~9 pickup truck loads). The mid-size sweet spot for kitchen renovations, full-bath remodels, deck demolition, flooring rip-outs, and most residential roof tear-offs.

Looking for a 20-yard dumpster? Our 21-yard is the same operational class — just slightly more cubic capacity. If a competitor quoted you a 20, this is the equivalent (and our flat rate is $500/week with no zone surcharges across our 50-mile radius).

  • Kitchen renovations
  • Full-bath remodels
  • Roof tear-offs (~25-35 sq)
  • Deck demo
  • Flooring rip-out
  • Mid-size estate cleanouts

30 Yard Roll-Off

30 yard dumpster in Brookhaven, MS.

$550 / week  ·  $990 / month

The 30-yard is our largest — 18 feet long, 7.5 feet wide, 6 feet tall. About 12 pickup truck loads of capacity. Built for new construction debris, full-house demolitions, large estate cleanouts, and contractor recurring rentals where one drop won’t be enough.

The 30-yard’s tall walls (6 feet vs. 4-5 on the smaller sizes) make it the wrong choice if you’re loading by hand from ground level — most of our 30-yard customers have a skid steer, dumpster ramp, or are loading from a roof or upper floor. For ground-level cleanouts, the 21-yard usually works better.

  • New construction debris
  • Full demolitions
  • Large estate cleanouts
  • Contractor recurring rentals
  • Multi-room remodels
  • Commercial cleanouts

Looking for a 20 yard dumpster? Our 21 yard is the same class.

If you’ve been quoted a “20-yard” by a regional or national hauler, our 21-yard is the equivalent operational size — same general dimensions, same job fit, just slightly more cubic capacity. We market it as 21 because the actual cubic yardage works out to ~22, which is closer to 21 than 20.

The bigger difference is local delivery + flat-rate pricing. Our 21-yard is $500/week or $940/month everywhere in our 18-town service area — Brookhaven, McComb, Hazlehurst, Wesson, Monticello, Meadville, and 12 more towns. No mileage surcharges, no zone-based pricing, no fuel adjustments. Extra weight only applies if your load goes over the included tonnage.

If you want the size dialed in for a specific project, call (773) 887-6539 and tell us the job. We’ll match the size and tonnage in 30 seconds.

Size Questions

Picking the right dumpster size — straight answers.

What size dumpster do I need for a roof tear-off?

Most residential roofing jobs use the 21-yard. The exact size depends on roof square count, shingle layer count, and shingle weight. A single-layer architectural tear-off, a two-layer rip, and a deck-replacement all weigh differently — weight is what matters for sizing. Tell us the roof size, layer count, and shingle type when you call and we’ll match dumpster + tonnage in under a minute.

What size dumpster fits a kitchen renovation?

The 21-yard is the standard pick for full kitchen remodels — it holds cabinets, countertops, flooring rip-out, drywall, and old appliances comfortably. If you’re only swapping countertops and a sink, the 15-yard works. If the kitchen reno is part of a multi-room project, the 30-yard saves you a second drop.

What size dumpster fits a bathroom remodel?

For a full-bath gut (tile, tub, vanity, drywall), the 15-yard usually does it. Two bathrooms or a master suite renovation pushes you to the 21-yard. Half-bath remodels rarely need a dumpster — the debris fits in a few contractor bags.

What size dumpster fits a garage cleanout?

The 15-yard handles most single-bay garage cleanouts. Two-car or three-car garages, especially with workshop equipment, lawn tractors, or stored furniture, are usually a 21-yard call. Garages with concrete debris (a tear-out of a slab section) need a 30-yard or a call to confirm the weight cap.

What’s the difference between a 20 yard and 21 yard dumpster?

Operationally — almost nothing. They’re the same class of roll-off (mid-size, ~16 feet long, 7-8 feet wide, ~5 feet tall). We market ours as a 21 because the actual cubic capacity (~22 cu yd) rounds closer to 21. If a regional hauler quoted you a 20-yard, our 21 is the equivalent and the flat rate is $500/week with no zone surcharges.

What can I put in the dumpster?

Yes: drywall, lumber, flooring, cabinets, furniture, household goods, yard waste, shingles, packed-out estate items. Heavy materials (concrete, brick, dirt, roofing tile, asphalt) — call us first so we can confirm the weight cap and route. Hazardous items (paint, chemicals, fuel, oil, batteries, propane tanks, electronics, asbestos, tires) are not allowed in any roll-off.

What happens if I go over the included tonnage?

Weekly rentals include up to 1 ton. Monthly rentals include up to 1 ton per included dump. If your load goes over the included weight, extra tonnage is billed at the current local landfill rate — we’ll tell you the exact per-ton rate when you book or by phone. No surprises at pickup.
